By no means am I a makeup expert, however lately in the past few months I have been looking to expand my makeup collection with new products on the market.  One of the hardest things I struggle with when it comes to makeup is finding the perfect eyeshadow and lip gloss.  My issue isn’t with colors or brands but finding the right quality makeup that makes me feel good when I put it on and wear it for a number of hours throughout the day.

Last month I decided to take a risk and give two splurge worthy products a try.  These products being:

Marc Jacobs Lipgloss:

This has got to be my favorite lipgloss and will be my future go to from now on.  The applicator brush is super soft and applies the coat evenly upon first usage.  Unlike other lip glosses this one isn’t sticky at all.  It is the perfect consistency through and through and it also smells amazing.  On the lips it is soft and the color is light but beautiful at the same time! 10/10

Chanel Eyeshadow:

Never before have I ever in the history of me wearing eyeshadow received so many compliments while wearing this shade!  I absolutely love this eyeshadow!  It is sparkly and sexy.  It comes with an applicator brush however, I just dab my finger in and apply it evenly to both eyes for full effect.  This one is seriously a winner in my book and excites me to try more Chanel products.  Love love love! 10/10
